Demo and sandbox checkout does not charge money. Production subscriptions must not be treated as active until a configured provider confirms payment.

Requesting help

If you believe a production charge is incorrect, contact hello@howebz.com with the account email and transaction reference. Eligibility is reviewed against the applicable plan, service usage and payment-provider records.

Renewal and cancellation instructions will be shown before live payments are enabled.
